Rental includes:
• Exclusive use of mansion only
• Indoor use tables & chairs
• Billable hours are inclusive of set up, event time, and break down.
• Tent may be rented in addition to week day mansion rentals from May through October.
Optional tent rental includes:
• fabric lined 40’ x 80’ reception tent with general illumination over brick pavers
• 15’ x 45’ catering tent with general illumination
Monday through Thursday
4 hour minimum
$500 per hour
Optional Tent Rental
$3,000 for 9 Hrs
