"I truly cannot say enough good things about the Commander's Mansion. Thank goodness we found it! The venue is in a convenient location in the Boston area and we adored having everything - our hotel, rehearsal dinner restaurant, and after party bar - all within close walking distance, though the venue itself feels so tucked away and private. The mansion itself is beautiful, but we fell in love with the lush green of the grape arbor. The tent is also beautiful and I'd highly recommend adding the bistro lighting, which we loved. While at first we thought Commander's might be a slightly higher price point than other nearby venues we looked at, once we began getting quotes for tents elsewhere, we realized that the fact that you don't have to arrange and pay for a tent yourself makes Commander's both more affordable and easier logistically.

We worked primarily with Gina, who is a gem of a human being. She is warm, responsive, helpful, and sincerely cares about helping you make your day what you want it to be. I wish I could work with her every day!! She guided us through the whole wedding planning process and took care of so many details that allowed us to relax and really enjoy ourselves.
