CM: Tell us a little bit about the catering company. 

hj:  We are a full service off-premise catering company offering all elements of catering and event planning tools. Our culinary team is talented in all areas of cuisine. We have creative cuisine with emphasis on Italian and American fare.

CM: What types of events do you cater to?

hj: We cater to corporate, social and weddings. We also have a corporate drop off style menu for meetings.

HJ28+ years

CM: How did your company get started?

HJ: My business partner and I worked together at a previous catering company and when the parent company closed this division, we started Off the Vine. 

CM: What other services do you offer in addition to catering?

hj: We offer bar service, event planning and coordination and event execution.
