The Freedom Garden

Phase I of the Freedom Garden is now complete. We have created a botanical garden where flowers and plants will consistently bloom throughout the seasons and create a habitat for butterflies and bees. Phase II of the Freedom Garden, will showcase an honorarium wall with your memorialized bricks. The bricks pay tribute to the stories of the Veterans who made a difference in the lives of others. Please consider purchasing an engraved memorial brick to honor a military loved one. Funds from all brick sales will go directly to maintain the garden.

Memorial Brick Information:

Cost is $125 per brick.

Memorial Bricks are approximately 4" x 8"

Each brick will include two customizable lines with a maximum of 14 characters per line including spaces & punctuation.

Please note, customizations including inappropriate language or profanities will not be accepted.

All bricks will be placed randomly within the wall design in the Freedom Garden at the Commander's Mansion.

Payment for bricks must be made by cash or check made payable to the City of Watertown.
